This 1895 Felton map from the UCSC Digital Collection confused me at first. As I mentioned earlier, I LOVE maps but am not good at reading them. As my clients can attest, I often point to the left and say “right” or visa versa. Most people learn to follow my finger not my words. When I first saw this map, I thought the creek shown was the Zayante Creek. As the ever helpful Surveyor’s office informed me, it is Bull Creek.
