I recently located my old copy of the booklet “Felton Town Plan-A Specific Plan for the unincorporated Village of Felton”. It’s 47 pages, including the cover. It was prepared in 1987 and has some cool photos of the era, the existing Felton Village map and proposed policies and recommendations for future improvement.
